Advanced Olympic Workshop (5 SESSIONS PACK)

Foundations Course in Advanced Olympic Weightlifting: Snatch and Clean & Jerk.

Whether you are trying weightlifting for the first time or have lifted before, this course will take you through proper technique and guide you on how to advance. Along with the main lifts, variations, accessories and strength work will be taught. No Olympic Weightlifting experience necessary but having a solid squat, deadlift and shoulder press is suggested. Taught by USA Weightlifting Level 2 coach Kay Kay.

This pack is a one-off payment for 5 workshop sessions every Wednesday during these dates:
