Stayfit will be hosting a workshop in April focusing on both Athletic and Powerlifting techniques for The Big Three - with an emphasis on perfecting the basics. Led by Joe Cameron , the three 1-hour Saturday classes will focus separately on the Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift.
