This is a body shaping muscle building workout. We will focus on isolating certain muscle groups, building strength, lean body mass and burning body fat. This class alternates between upper and lower body and is more targeted at specific muscle groups.

Furnace

Metabolic conditioning class that will guarantee high intensity suited to you and your individual level with minimal rests to blast your fitness. The intensity will induce an afterburn oxygen debt effect that will turn you into a fat burning furnace and increase cardiovascular fitness through full body movements.

Stronglift

Strength focused training that will revolve around individualised weight selection, technique as well as accessory work. Classes will alternate between the focus type of movement. This class is for you if you are serious about increasing your strength!

Lean Power

Full body circuit workout that will build your conditioning as well as your strength through guided movements, rest time and weight ranges. So, if you want to get strong and fit, this is the class for you!

Core

Core is used in so many movements and exercises, protecting the back and giving power and stability. The core is not only responsible for movement, but also largely responsible for resistance against unwanted motion. We will train the core  through a combination of exercises to strengthen and build your foundation!

Powerlifting Club

This class will go over the powerlifting movements of Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift, as well as other accessory exercises, stretches etc. that will benefit in your overall strength development. This is an open class, members can be beginners that are new to lifting weights, or may be following their own training program and receive guidance and coaching.

Kettlebell Fitness - the perfect class for people looking to improve body composition and burn fat. This class will be built around exercises with a large range of motion which will effectively keep your heart rate high.

While kettlebells are commonly seen in most gyms, not everybody knows how to use this powerful tool to its full potential.
